The word Cardio means cardiovascular system. So cardiovascular system or the circulatory system is the system that circulates blood and lymph through the body, consisting of the heart, blood vessels, blood, lymph, and the lymphatic vessels and glands. Cardio is the most common from of weight loss exercise. It increase heart rate and metabolism, too which are key elements for weight loss. Cardiovascular healthy means to prevent the risk of heart and other disorders of the heart.There are many ways to keep your cardiovascular system healthy. For example you need to have an engagement in physical activities. You should exercise 30 minutes or more, some days of the week to improve the health heart and circulatory system.

Your heart is bigger because you are are resting heart rate and heart can pump blood more efficiently, which allows more oxygen and blood to get passed to other muscles.Run at a even speed for about 20 to 30 minutes.
